The Building
The building is approximately 88’x31’ and has a main level and a finished basement. The basement is connected to the Church via an underground tunnel.
In terms of capacity, the City daycare had:
- 10 Infants upstairs
- 10 toddlers upstairs
- 24 preschool downstairs

Playground
There is a large playground for children. Photos
Utilities
The building is steam heated from the church’s furnace via pipes in the underground tunnel.
Joint Use
We use the daycare basement preschool room for one of our Sunday school classes on Sunday mornings. We are open to sharing some of the church basement weekdays.
Other
All our property ultimately belongs to the Anglican Diocese of Toronto. They are not interested in selling at the present time.
